These terms cover The Inn at inn.davelively.net, run by David Lively.

The Inn

The Inn is a private site for invited family and friends to see when rooms are free and ask to stay. Access is by invitation only. There are no payments: a request is a request, and a host approves or declines it.

Text message alerts

The Inn’s hosts can sign up for booking alerts by text message on the text alerts page. Those alerts are part of David Lively’s David Lively App Alerts program, which has its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Those are what you agree to when you sign up, and they cover message frequency, rates, HELP and STOP. Guests are never texted.
